General informations

Deposit:
At the time of booking guests must pay 30% of the full price
within 3 days of the confirmation date.

Payment:
The balance must be paid on the first day following the date of arrival.

Arrival time:
after 4 p.m. and not later than 10 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Departure time:
the flat will have to be vacated from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
on the day of departure, left clean and in order.
Only the number of people declared can be accommodated
in the flat Children are considered as adults.

Deposit:
As guarantee of the good use of the flat, guests will have to pay on arrival € 100,00 cash
which will be refunded on day of departure after apartment’s check, in case of no damages.

Pets
Small dogs (max 10Kg) and cats are accepted on ground-floor flats
only after confirmation by the direction and by paying € 50.00 extra.
Animals must have adjourned medical documents.

Cancelation Policy:
In case of cancellation the deposit will be fully returned only following
written notice of cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date.
After that date the whole account will be due as penalty.
An anticipated departure or delayed arrival of guests does not give right to any refund.

The price includes:
Linen for bed-kitchen-bathroom, electricity, water, T.V., swimming-pool from 1st Saturday of June, solarium from May, air conditioning from 15th June to 10th September, heating in winter.

Excluded:
Deposit, private parking-place on request subjet to availability, animals € 50.00, beach, apartments on departure must be left tidy with the kitchen clean, children will be considered as adults.

Book without worries... all our rooms will be sanitized with certified products recommended by the WHO and we will have all the precautions necessary to make you spend a quiet and carefree holiday in safety.
This is why we thought:
- Check in on line in order to minimize the stay in the reception area.
- Airy, clean and carefully sanitized apartments at each guest change with certified products recommended by the WHO. Removal of decorative elements to facilitate cleaning and sanitizing.
- Separate entry and exit and maintenance of safety distances
- Sanitizing gel at every corner
- Frequent ventilation and regular and accurate sanitation of the common areas, with particular attention to the surfaces of greatest contact, handles, lift push-button panel, etc., will be subjected to frequent sanitization.
- Training of personnel who will be equipped with the necessary devices
- Safe air conditioning as it is independent in each apartment, with regular cleaning and disinfection at each customer change
- Washing of linen in a certified laundry
- Safe swimming pool: limited access by reservation and sanitation of the sessions at each guest change.
Constant control of chlorine and Ph values
- Some services may have some limitations, for example the playroom for children cannot be opened
- There will be the usual rules on spacing and the obligation to use masks within the structure, including in the corridors, and you will be required to observe any new rules provided.
- More flexible cancellation policy: Cancellation will be free up to 14 days before the arrival date.
